CONATEL
Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones de Honduras (CONATEL)

CONATEL is Honduras’ wired and wireless communication certification system. For all communication devices connected to the public telecommunication network in Honduras, it must obtain an approval from Honduran Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. Honduras communication equipment approval body is CONATEL, and since Honduras does not have its own test laboratory, a report from an accredited test laboratory issued according to international standards is required. If submitting the report and application documents from an internationally accredited test laboratory such as FCC to CONATEL, an approval letter will be issued after reviewing the documents.
