Communications Regulation Commission (CRC)
CRC is Colombia’s wireless and telecom certification standard. Devices connected to PTSN or products with voice recognition are subject to compulsory certification. Other wireless products are not in the product category for compulsory certification. The certification can be replaced with an FCC report, and can proceed with document review without testing

Equipment connected to the PSTN or equipment with voice functions (cell phones, public telephones, etc.)
