MIC is Cuba's Telecommunications Certification Scheme. All telecommunication devices connected to public telecommunication networks in Cuba must be approved by the Cuban Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (MIC), and since Cuba does not have its own testing laboratory, a report from an accredited testing laboratory issued in accordance with international standards is required. If you submit the report and application documents from an internationally accredited testing laboratory such as FCC to MIC, an approval letter will be issued after reviewing the documents.
