ATT
Regulatory Authority for Telecommunications and Transportation (ATT)

ATT is Bolivia's wired and wireless communication certification system. Importers compulsorily need to obtain approval from the ATT for all wired and wireless telecommunication devices. As an application requirement, only importers registered with ATT can apply. Importers registered with ATT need to submit an application, technical manual and performance description. After reviewing the documents, ATT will decide whether to approve it or not. Further on, When holding an FCC certificate, there is no separate sample requirement, but if the ATT determines that a sample is required and requests it, the applicant must provide the sample within 10 days from the date the application is accepted. If a technical document (manual) is written in a language other than Spanish or English, it must be submitted in a Spanish translation, and FCC or European reports are acceptable.
