NTC
National Telecommunications Commission (NTC)

NTC is Philippine’s Wireless and Telecom Certification. According to Philippine Public Network Regulations 1-04-88 and Information and Communications Development and Public Communications Service Act No. 7925, communication devices exported or sold locally must be compulsorily certified by NTC.

Target Product:

- PBXs, KTS, landline phones, wireless phones
- Special purpose terminal equipment, etc. (signal equipment, alarm dialing, reply, traffic recorder, detection equipment, etc.) designed to operate in conjunction with central office facilities
- A multiplexer or device that allows simultaneous transmission of several signals over a communication channel
- Personal mobile phone, fax machine, answering machine, data communication equipment, modem, cellular device, public network connection device, sales payment device, etc.
ITC
ITC is the Philippine's Electrical Safety certification. According to Republic Act 4109 “Department Administrative Order#5, series of 2001” regulations of the standards of the Philippine Bureau of Product Standards and safety requirements for product quality, products listed below are required for the Philippine ICC certification.

Target Products:
- Household electronic devices (fans, refrigerators, washing machines, audio/video/video players, microwave ovens, rice cookers, toasters, etc.)
- Lamps and lighting products (fluorescent lamps, incandescent lamps, light bulbs, fuse holders, lighting chains, etc.)
- Wiring devices, wires and cables (circuit breakers, plugs, receptacles, breakers, wires, cables, extension cords, etc.)
- Machinery/building and construction materials (ceramic tiles, cement, plywood, sanitary products, pipes, glass, rebar, etc.)
- Chemicals and consumer products (fire extinguishers, lighters, tires, belts, lead-acid batteries, etc.)
