Institute of Standards of Cambodia (ISC)
ISC is Cambodia’s electrical and electronic certification. Electrical and Electronic devices imported and sold into Cambodia must be reviewed and certified with test reports from the Industrial Standards of Cambodia and gain the certification mark. Overseas manufacturers can apply through their local representatives. Products subject to certification can receive conformity assessment by submitting test reports and results of factory inspection issued by the Industrial Standards of Cambodia’s designated test center.

Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia (TRC)
TRC is Cambodia's Wireless & Telecom certification. All wireless communication devices imported and sold into Cambodia require a review of the test report and approval of the certification from the TRC. Local agents designated by the exporting country’s manufacturer can apply. There is no need for factory inspection and sample submissions. Imported product that has received the certificate of conformity is permanently valid through a single application without a separate validity period; Assigned Type Approval number should be marked on the table.

- Wired Equipment: Fax, PABX, Landline Phone
- Wireless equipment: Cell phone, Wireless phones, Pagers, other communication equipment (transmitters, etc.), other wireless communication modules (Ethernet Bridge, Satellites, Wi-Fi modules, etc.)
