Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI)
BSTI is Bangladesh's certification for industrial products and agricultural products. Based on Bangladesh Standards (BDS), BSTI operates a product certification system for manufacturers and importers.
A license is issued from the BDS and testing institution for 3 years if the products subjected to Bangladesh compulsory standards conform to the standards through evaluation for conformity through factory inspection and product testing. This License must be renewed 3 month prior to expiration

No Objection Certificates (NOC)
NOC is a certification for wired and wireless communication in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) issues No Objection Certificates (NOC) to wireless communication devices imported in Bangladesh. NOC doesn’t require any separate tests and is only issued to local importers registered with BRTC and a Vendor License.
Target Product:
- All wired and wireless communication devices
- Radio and radio equipment including any device with a radio transmitter
- Mobile (GSM or CDMA) handsets, Wi-Fi devices, Bluetooth devices, ZigBee devices, WiMAX devices, RFID devices, contactless card readers, and a whole host of other products that incorporate certain kinds of RF transmitters.
