Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA)
RURA is Rwanda's certification for wired and wireless communications. Based on Law N° 44, Rwanda operates a compulsory telecommunications certification system for all Radio and Tele-communications Terminal Equipments.
When the application documents are submitted to the certification body, RURA, certification is completed after reviewing the documents. Reports according to ITU, EAC, FCC, ANSI, and ETSI are also recognized.

Application, information form requesting certification of the model, pledge (if necessary, may be required by the model), Representation declaration, general description to sufficiently identify the product, photograph of the model, operating statement, test report - Model samples (if applicable) may be requested
