Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARTCI)
ARTCI is the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire’s tele-communication certification system. Under Republic of Côte d'Ivoire Law No. 95-526, all wired and wireless communication devices and Radio and telecommunication terminal equipment in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire are required to go through the compulsory communication certification system.
Certification procedure:
1) Importer applies for certification to ARTCI
2) Importer submit required documents by mail
3) ARTCI’s confirmation of the application and issues a confirmation certificate
4) Importer’s payment for the certification fee (require entry of confirmation number when paying through a check)
5) ARTCI’s review of application documents
6) ARTICI issues certificates and certification labels to importers
7) Importers label all devices
8) Product is distributed in the market

Wired and wireless devices connected to or used by any public network.
