Agency for Post and Electronic Communication (ARPCE)
ARPCE is Kongo’s Wireless communication certification system. Telecommunication devices in the Republic of Congo such as telephones and answering machines that connect to public telecommunication networks and radio equipment must be approved by the Congolese Telecommunications Regulatory Authority. ARPCE is also a Telecommunication device approval agency; since the Republic of Congo does not have its own testing laboratory, a report issued according to international standards from an accredited testing laboratory is required. If you submit a report and other documents from an internationally accredited testing laboratory such as FCC to ARPCE, an approval letter will be issued after reviewing the documents.
