Cho Seong-hwan, CEO of Hyundai Mobis, was elected as the next ISO president at the general assembly of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is the world's largest standardization organization that establishes and handles universal norms for commerce and trade, with over 24,000 international standards. Cho Seong-hwan is the first Korean to be elected as the ISO President. CEO Seong-hwan Cho is recognized for his deep understanding of international standardization and leadership proven through outstanding management performance; he was elected as the ISO president after competing with a Chinese candidate, Decheng Wang.
