Electrical Safety / EMC
According to the Serbia regulation, they require the following certification of 'Low Voltage Devices 2006/95/EC', 'Electromagnetic Compatibility 2004/108/EC', 'Machines and Revisions Directive 2006/42/EC / 95/16/EC' for Electrical and Electronic Appliances and Machinery which are mentioned below:
Low Voltage Directive (LVD): Electrical and electronic products with rated voltage of AC 50-1000V, DC 75-15000V
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC): Devices which may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances or cause electromagnetic disturbances
Machinery Directive (MD): All machinery related safety parts.

According to Serbia’s Electronic and wireless communication act 'No.44/10 , N44/03 , N36/06' wired/wireless communication devices listed below are obligated to obtain Serbia’s RATEL certification.

wired product’s product line
Communication modem, wireline telephones, fax, PABX, ISDN etc.
Simple wireless products, SRD products, card readers, Bluetooth, RFID, GSM, wireless devices, Remote controlling devices, Data transmitting devices
