Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARTCI). ARTCI is the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire’s tele-communication certification system. Under Republic of Côte d'Ivoire Law No. 95-526, all wired and wireless communication devices and Radio and telecommunication terminal equipment in the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire are required to go through the compulsory communication certification system. Target items: Wired and wireless devices connected to or used by any public network.
