ARPTC
Authority for the Regulation of the Posts and Telecommunications of Congo (ARPTC). ARPTC is Democratic Republic of Congo’s telecom certification system. All terminal equipment or radio installations that directly or indirectly connect to devices through telecommunication networks and transmit, receive or process telecommunication signals are compulsory to obtain type approval according to ARPTC. Target Products: Any terminal equipment or wireless installation that directly or indirectly connects to devices in a telecommunications network and transmits, receives, or processes communication signals.
