Andrew Kim is the director of PCN Africa and currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
PCN Africa supports the certification tasks of NRCS (safety / energy), ICASA (communication equipment registration), SABS (EMC approval) in South Africa.
Further on, they are also actively involved in telecommunications and safety regulation association in countries of the Southern African Union and the East African Union
PCN has also participated and assisted in designing and implementing South Africa's SABS - EMC approval system.
